• 35 % Semillon from Apalta Vineyard, Colchagua Valley
• 35 % Sauvignon Blanc from Las Kuras Vineyard, Requinoa, Cachapoal Valley.
• 30 % Chardonnay from Casablanca Valley.
35% Semillon – 35% Sauvignon Blanc –30% Chardonnay
The grapes were hand-harvested in small baskets of 12-15kg. The Sauvignon
and Semillon grapes were picked the 22 until the 24th of March 2007, the
Chardonnay on mid April 2007.
• 22 % of the grapes were pressed directly in our pneumatic press in order to
keep the levels of acidity. 26% of the must was crushed and pressed and the
other 52 % was crushed also but with a brief skin maceration for 3 hours with
cold temperatures before getting pressed for aromas extraction.
• 98% of the must was fermented 15 days at 15-16°C in stainless steel tanks,
and then was aged with lees.
• 2% was fermented and aged in used French oak barrels for 11 months.
• Bottled in February 2008; 3.800 cases made.
COLOR: Light and young light yellow with green lime tones
NOSE: Tropical aromas but yet sweet citric nose with white flowers and
flinty tones at the finish. Nice complexity and intensity.
MOUTH: Light body with a good balance and acidity. Ready to drink.
